MEETINGS
City Of Cross Plains Council holds regular scheduled meetings at 5:30 p.m. on the second Tuesdayof each month at City Hall, 201 S. Main Street.

AGENDAS and MINUTES
Agendas and packets are available at least 72 hours prior to each meeting.
Minutes are available following approval by the Council.

Placing an Item on the City Council Agenda
In accordance with HB 2840, Residents who wish to address the City Council at an upcoming meeting may request to have an item placed on the agenda by contacting City Administrator Debbie Gosnell at (254) 725-6114 or deb@crossplains.org. Requests must include the date of the meeting, the name of the individual who will be speaking, and a brief description of the topic to be discussed.
To insure proper inclusion, all requests must be submitted before the end of business day of Thursday prior to the Council Meeting. During the meeting, the speaker will be alloted five (5) minutes to present their item to the Council.
